Points Covered By Inter Bulgarian Properties SA. Prior To Joint Venture Investment

Inter Bulgarian Properties SA. will have secured the site, the appropriate planning approvals and building permissions. IBP will also enter into a turnkey contract with fixed prices with a prominent builder. You, the investor, will then own shares in the IBP Project Company. The level of shareholding and entry cost is negotiable and dependant on at what stage of pre development commencement the project is at.

Current JV investors will be seeing an early repayment of capital and in excess of 50% return on capital invested.
